SOME NOTES
The new artwork for the customer facing screens and the till slip header will automatically update on Tuesday 19th April 2022 . Our new software will now do this automatically so you don’t even need to phone our helpdesk anymore. If your Backoffice computer is running discontinued Windows versions like Windows 7 or Windows XP, you are advised to upgrade them urgently and they will not be able to automatically download till slip headers or images. You will need to use this link to download the artwork manually.

We recommend that you reboot your Aura server on the morning of the menu launch so that any software updates that have downloaded can complete their installations.
The menu will download and activate automatically. You should not have to do anything.
If you have already shutdown and restarted the computers and after 5 minutes after rebooting them, you still do not have the menu, please email your storeID, cellphone number and brief description of the problem to our helpdesk at support@cosoft.co.za.
You need a working internet connection and up to date account for the menu to download.
