We rely on community volunteers to make our tournaments happen! No prior debate experience is necessary—we will provide all the training you need.
Step 1: District Clearance (Required)
Before you can interact with students or judge a round, all volunteers must complete the Corvallis School District background check and volunteer process. Please complete this first.
Step 2: Create a Tabroom Account (Required to judge)
We use a website called Tabroom.com to manage ballots and schedules.
Go to Tabroom.com and click "Sign Up" (top right).
Create your account.
Important: Once logged in, go to your Profile and add your Phone Number. Tournaments require phone numbers in order to contact judges for any issues regarding their ballots during a tournament.
Step 3: Register with the Team(s)
Once you have your Tabroom account ready, please fill out our Volunteer Form below. Please ensure you use the same email address you used for Tabroom.
