Welcome to the CHS Voice newspaper! I have been teaching Journalism here at CHS for 3 years, and this class has quickly become my pride and joy.

Since I've taken charge of the newspaper, we have become a nationally certified program via the CSPA (Columbia Scholastic Press Association) at Columbia University. We have also developed a special partnership with our local newspaper, the Cortland Standard, and they have helped us take our professionalism to a new level through printing and publishing.

I joined Newspaper because I love writing, and researching things to write about, plus I just like things like graphic design. I have a dog named Fang and I can play piano.

Hey everyone! My name is Delaney Pace. One of my favorite things in this world is fashion. If you ever need fashion advice, i'm the girl to call! One fun fact about me is that i have a cat named Kikki that i love and adore so much. This year, i decided to join journalism as a senior to voice my ideas and also be a voice for others. I think the newspaper is a really great way to get the word out on a lot of events and things going on in our school, and i totally recommend taking this class before your graduate!

I am 16 years old and a junior. I joined newspaper so I can further my writing skills. I have played softball and field hockey for a long time. I also work at Dashers as a hostess/food runner. I love my job. My favorite class this year is AP Language and Composition!
