The Review Queue is a tool for supervisors and members of the leadership to review overall call review status for the entire organization. Call takers and those doing a limited number of reviews without the need for organizational overview should continue to use Home for accessing their reviews.
The main benefits of the Review Queue are:
View the number of calls your team has reviewed or have outstanding to review using the "X results found" counter in the top right
Use the quick filters to quickly sort for common searches
Use the "Review Requested Date" filter to sort for certain time periods, such as the last month
Use the "All Filters" option to create custom filters, such as searching for a specific call taker or reviews completed by a specific person
Select a completed call to be taken to Explore, where you will be shown the completed review form
Note:
Filters will save even when changing windows or logging out and back in
Operator is the person that took the call, reviewer is the person set to review the call or who has reviewed the call
Operator will soon be renamed to "Call Taker"
