The 3rd grade group will play 5v5 (with a goalkeeper) on Field G when at home. Other games will be in Mill Valley or Tiburon. Those of you who have larger teams can ask the other coach if you want to play more than 5v5. The other coach has to agree, otherwise it's strictly 5v5. If they don't agree, no name calling or shaming.
US Soccer wants children of this age to just get used to passing and moving within a given space. Having fun is the most important thing. Kids will play 2 x 25 minute halves with a 5 minute break in between.
Most teams have adequate numbers. However, if your team is short of players, you can ask to borrow players from the other team.
