CERTIFICATION

PROCEDURE TO BE CERTIFIED:

1.  Email any of the certifier members or Professor Guillermo Jaramillo asking for certification in the respective equipment you want to work with.

2. Schedule with the chosen certifier a date to be certified.

3. The certifier member will make the respective reserve of the equipment for certification purposes.

4. Once the certification is completed, the certifier will email Professor Guillermo Jaramillo to report this data: 

a) Certified person name

b) UNIVALLE ID number of the certified person

c) Date of the certification 

d) Equipment used in the certification.

5. Professor Guillermo Jaramillo will update the certification form with the data  given by the certifier about the certified person. This information will be public for traceability purposes.
