What are we learning?

ELA: Our theme for ELA this unit is Inventors at Work.  Students will be researching, writing, and presenting about famous inventors by the end of the unit.

Science: Students will complete a lab using properties of matter to determine what materials they are observing.

Social Studies:  Which is better a map or globe?  Fifth graders discussed the differences.

Math:  We have completed volume and are ready for unit 3!

Religion: Worship is at the heart of our unit for September.  

Students completed Benchmark testing in both ELA and Math and have individual guides for review in IXL.

Students will be creating snack bags for the organization Face to Face.  Please consider donating.
