Religion- We will review Unit 4 concepts. Students will recite the Guardian Angel prayer. We will discuss the events of Holy Week. We will prepare for the 4th grade service project during the month of April.
Science- We will review concepts and vocabulary in Topic 3 Les. 3 & 4. There will be a test on Tuesday.
Math- We will continue Chapter 9 with an emphasis on subtracting fractions.
ELA- We will complete the biography The Beatles Were Fab (& They Were Funny). We will discuss fact vs. opinion, text structure, and figurative language as related to the story. Our spelling pattern is adding -ed and -ing endings to words. Some words do not change. Some words double the final consonant. Some words drop a final e, and some words change the final y to i. Our grammar skill is identifying modal auxilaries: helping verbs (might, may, can, could, would, should, must)
Social Studies- We will continue Chapter 6. We will discuss the events that led to the French & Indian War. We will discuss the events and outcomes of the war.
