Hotspot Troubleshooting

1. If hotspot speed is slow

• Make sure your hotspot is at a vantage point of the house they use cellphone signal to distribute internet so check the amount of bars the device is getting more bars the faster the internet will be

2). If hotspot is not responding

• Open the back of the hotspot by pushing down and up on the back plastic piece.

• Then take out the battery out of the hotspot, wait 5 seconds then put it back in

3) If hotspot wont turn on

• Open the back of the hotspot by pushing down and up on the back plastic piece. Then take out the battery out of the hotspot, wait 5 seconds then put it back in

• If that does not work contact the family support phone number through text or call and we will get your hotspot swapped out
