Welcome! I am the Founder and Lead Data Scientist of AImpact Lab, and an Associate Member of the Department of Social Policy and Intervention at the University of Oxford. As an applied economist and impact evaluation specialist, I bring over a decade of experience advising governments and international organizations, including the World Bank, FAO, UNDP, UNICEF, and the Colombian Government.

My research focuses on evaluating social protection programmes that improve the well-being of vulnerable communities in regions affected by armed conflict and climate change across the Global South. I obtained my PhD from the George Washington University, an MPA from Cornell University, a BA from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), and did my postdoc at the University of Oxford's DSPI and Nuffield College.
