Welcome to my page!
I am Elisa, a PhD candidate at Cornell University.
My primary research field is public economics, with a focus on public finance and labor topics, utilizing novel administrative datasets along with causal inference methods, theoretical models, and structural estimation. One strand of my research examines how tax and tax enforcement policies affect firms' production, reporting behavior, and the broader implications for tax revenue and production efficiency. Another strand explores how firm-worker relationships mediate the impact of tax policies and accounting regulations.
