Lunch Challenge

To achieve the targets that we set out as part of the Arcadia Creative Climate Awards, Team Economaddy created a lunch challenge for every class.

The aims of the Lunch Challenge were:

• Less wrapping, more boxed food

• Reusable drinks bottle

• Fruit or vegetable for 11am snack every Tuesday (less packaging)

Children’s efforts will be rewarded by gaining points for extra playtime per month. A class of twenty-five students who bring a piece of fruit or vegetable for their 11am snack will be rewarded with twenty-five points. When 100 points are earned, the class will receive ten minutes extra playtime. A sheet will be provided where you can keep a record of your scores.
