THE CHAPMAN ALTERNATE SHOT
Chapman System is the name of a 2-person team golf format in which both golfers play two strokes (their tee shots), then the team finishes the hole playing alternate shot.
The twist is that the golfers switch balls after their tee shots.
Handicap = Total Team Handicap / 2

DAY 1, ROUND 2, AFTERNOON SESSION: Format
FOUR BALL (BEST BALL)
Four-ball consists of two teams of two players competing directly against each other.
All four golfers play their own balls throughout the round (rather than alternating shots); each hole is won by the team whose member has the lowest score.
Handicap = Full Handicap (Battaglia Style); Net team handicap off the low man. Example: Two man team of a 5 hdcp and a 10 hdcp; the 5 hdcp becomes a zero, and the 10 hdcp becomes a 5 (10 minus 5).
