My name is Kelly Riordan. I am currently a senior at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. I am set to be graduating in May of 2019, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics.

A lifelong interest and passion for food has driven me to study food and nutrition. From the time I was a small child pretending I was on my own cooking show making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I have known that food is my calling.

Studying at Concordia College has prepared me to communicate and interact with those in the world who have had different experiences and beliefs than I. I take great pride in being a Concordia Cobber!

I have been provided wonderful opportunities to be involved on Corcordia's campus, including being a senior captain of the fastpitch softball team, participating as a member of the women's choir, Cantibile, and learning to lead a workforce through by job as a Student Manager for Concordia's Dining Services.
