My Name is Emma Erickson and I am a Nutrition and Dietetics Major with an Interfaith Studies Minor at Concordia College. I will be graduating this May 2022.

For as long as I can remember I have loved cooking. Part of the reason is my mom is a chef and I have always loved cooking in the kitchen with her. I loved it so much that for two summers in a row during high school I was a prep cook in the kitchen that she is a chef at. When choosing a major I knew I wanted a combination of food but also helping others. Nutrition and Dietetics came to mind and I have loved all of the classes and experiences that it has brought me.
