About Me

I grew up in Ogema, MN, on Eagle View Organic Farm with my parents, three sisters, and brother. I have a daughter, Paisley, who loves the farm, so we go back to visit every chance we get. Multiple nieces and nephews have been added to our ever-growing family over the years. Holidays at Grandma and Grandpa's are always entertaining, loud, and full of laughter.

As an adult, I grew to favor health and wellness, so in my free time I would research the topic as well as read as much as I could get my hands on. I didn't understand the difference between browsing the internet, books, and evidence-based research. As a result of my healthy lifestyle, I was getting many questions from others about what I was doing. I didn't understand it myself, which perked my interest in looking into college to see how I could educate myself in this area so I could give quality advice to others.
