Lynda Jones believes that effective representation starts with showing up. For over three decades, she has lived and worked right here in Vernon County, building a career rooted in business management and community development. Her time as the Director of the Nevada Vernon County Chamber of Commerce gave her a unique perspective on the challenges local business owners face every day. She understands the balance of managing a budget while trying to grow a local economy that benefits everyone.
Her professional background in sales and marketing is paired with a long list of volunteer commitments. Lynda has been a consistent voice for our area through her work with Nevada Main Street and Vernon County tourism. She knows that a strong district requires more than just economic growth. It requires a commitment to the people who live here. This is why she has dedicated her time to organizations like Moss House, True Charity, and the Vernon County Ministerial Alliance.
Lynda’s involvement in the community is personal as well as professional. Whether she is performing with the Nevada Community Band, participating in local cycling groups, or working with the CCPA, she stays connected to the culture of our district. She also founded and coordinated The Big Serve to help neighbors help one another. Lynda is not a career politician. She is a manager and a neighbor who wants to bring her experience in sales, economic development, and community service to the state capitol. She is ready to work for the families and businesses of House District 125 to ensure our corner of Missouri remains a great place to live and work.
