Public Domain?

Copyright doesn’t last forever.  Eventually, all creative work falls into the public domain when the copyright expires. Any work of art, story, movie, novel, song, or photograph that is no longer protected under copyright law is in the public domain and is free to be used by the public. In the United States, generally, the public domain includes any work published more than 95 years ago.
