CFCS Media Centers
Mission
The Copley-Fairlawn City Schools (CFCS) Media Centers are vibrant and inclusive learning spaces that empower students to become critical thinkers, independent readers, curious learners, and creative problem-solvers.
Vision statement
The district media centers are committed to providing high-quality materials, technology, and instruction that align with the Ohio State Standards and the CFCS District Priorities, which supports the diverse student population and community we serve.
We instruct students how to:
access materials and resources for academic and independent reading,
evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of resources,
select the appropriate technology and software for classroom assignments and content creation.
We foster a community of learning that leads to high academic achievement, personal responsibility, and collaboration throughout the school.
We provide students, staff, administrators, and parents unlimited access to quality electronic resources that support learning and literacy.
