Early Childhood
For Families/No Technology Necessary:
Get Outside-ride bikes, walk or play games
Play - get on the floor, engage with your child, investigate, create and explore
Talk, Read, Sing-talk to your child several times a day, read a story and sing nursery rhymes
Keep Routines-keep routines such as bedtime, meals, etc. at the same time each day
Choice-allow choices within an activity when possible
Hugs-show your child support through hugs and other reassuring acts
Grace-allow yourself to make mistakes, this is a new situation for all of us
