The first step is scheduling an introductory interview with a member of our team.
We’ll reach out to set up a 15–30 minute conversation to learn more about your interests and help determine the best area of the business for you to explore.
The second step is completing a personality assessment.
This short assessment helps us understand which roles within Copado may be the best fit for you. We review the results to see how your strengths align with current openings based on your score.
The third step is selecting a role and completing a video interview.
You’ll choose the role that best matches your interests and then complete a video interview for that specific team at Copado. The team you’d work with will review your interview and make the final decision.
The fourth step is an in-person interview with the hiring manager.
You may meet with multiple team members, and this conversation will lead to a final decision and potential offer.
The fifth step is receiving an offer.
If selected, you’ll receive an offer to join Copado, and we ask for a timely response as we work to fill roles quickly.
The sixth step is joining an onboarding class.
You’ll be welcomed into Copado and guided through training to help you get started confidently in your new role.
