If the booking hasn’t expired, the 'suggest session' and/or 'decline' buttons will be visible for you to choose.

Reasons for Suggesting Alternate Sessions
With this feature, you can now select a reason along with the alternate session to be sent to customers when you are not available to host them. Below are 5 reasons that you can choose when suggesting another session:
1. National/Public holiday
2. Market is Closed (No market tour)
3. Natural Disaster
4. Health Issues
5. Urgent Cancellation
This will help customers understand the underlying reason for the unavailability.
If 24 hours passes after the booking request was made, as seen on the left, you will not be able to see the alternate session or decline button. However, we can manually accept it for you.
*Please do not click on "expired"
The Booking page shows customer booking details including the date, time, class name, number of participants and, most importantly, the status and message.
Additionally, you can always chat with customer prior to accepting the booking. For instance, requesting to re-schedule or for more information about their pick up address, or even provide the pick up time & more.

*In case you wish to accept the booking but it’s over 24 hours, please do not click on accept as it would automatically be expired. Please send us an email in this situation.
Click on Edit Availability to update your calendar.
You can disable classes on the days that you cannot host in advance as well as adjust the number of participants per class. Please always update the calendar to ensure customers can make a booking on the correct date and time.
Please Note: After adjusting the calendar, refresh to make sure changes have been well reflected.
On the Update Info page, you can update your information, whether it’s your email address or phone number. Click the other sub sections to edit the class information.
