Lost item international delivery service

ToCoo! delivers your lost item to your home, in case a ToCoo! customer left something in our rental car.  

The price of this delivery service is up to the item and the car rental outlet location. The actual fee will be informed when it is found.

NOTES 

・In the case the lost item is found and using this delivery service, 3440JPY processing fee and the actual delivery fee are incurred.

Items can not be send in EMS, i.e. Valuables, Electronic cigarettes, Battery etc. are not be shipped. 

It may take some time till your item reaches you. 

There are car rental outlets that do not participate in this service. 

Any alteration can NOT be made after the payment is settled. 

Cancellation can NOT be made after the payment is settled. 

Even if the item is missed on the way, ToCoo! nor the rental car company do not take any responsibility. The customer must inquire of the parcel to the delivery company. 

In case the custom duty is incurred, the customer is responsible for all the procedures and payment. 

The price is basically for 1 item per 1 case. In the case of multiple requests, a respective fee is incurred for each request. 

We can not ship any item over the EMS size/weight limit. 

Your receiving date can NOT be requested. Please apply for this service with enough time. 

Any items prohibited under the Washington Convention etc. cannot be shipped. 

We can NOT take any responsibility in the case your descripted Address/contact is incorrect.

ToCoo! will inform you of the EMS tracking number after shipping your parcel. Please be sure to receive it on your responsibility.
