These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription and use of the SellerPlus Bundle offered by Converge Information and Communications Technology Solutions, Inc. (“Converge SME”). By subscribing to or activating the SellerPlus Bundle, the Subscriber agrees to be bound by these Terms, as well as the standard Converge SME Service Terms and Conditions.
The SellerPlus Bundle is a connectivity-focused SME offer designed to support creators, digital entrepreneurs, and online sellers. The bundle includes the following components:
microbiz max 2099 Plan: Includes a ₱200 Monthly Recurring Discount off the standard rate card, valid strictly for the duration of the 24-month contract period. Upon the expiration of the 24th month, the monthly service fee will revert to the standard plan rate of ₱2,099/month.
Viber Plus Access: Complimentary three (3) months access to Viber Plus features, subject to Viber’s end-user service terms.
Eligible subscribers receive exclusive merchant and growth support privileges on TikTok. All TikTok seller benefits under this bundle are valid and accessible for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of bundle activation:
Commission Fee Waiver: 100% waiver of applicable seller commission fees for ninety (90) calendar days from benefit activation within the 24-month validity window.
Seller Diligence Missions: Access to seller growth and engagement missions available across all tier levels for 24 months.
Dedicated Customer Service Queue: Priority customer support handling through a dedicated seller support queue on TikTok for 24 months.
Sariling Atin Seller Scope Program: Automatic enrollment into the Sariling Atin Seller Scope Program for local merchant empowerment for 24 months.
Seller Spotlight Showcase: Eligibility for exposure and features under the TikTok Seller Spotlight Showcase during the 24-month validity period.
Active Status Requirement: The benefits outlined in Section 1 (including the ₱200 discount, Viber Plus access, and TikTok seller perks) are strictly reserved for Active Subscribers.
Account Disconnection / Suspension: In the event that the Subscriber’s account is temporarily suspended, disconnected, or delinquent due to non-payment or breach of contract, the ₱200 discount will be forfeited for that billing cycle, and all non-connectivity benefits (Viber Plus and TikTok benefits) shall be immediately paused or terminated.
Non-Transferability: Benefits granted under the SellerPlus Bundle are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or converted into other products/services.
Minimum Service Period: The connectivity portion of the SellerPlus Bundle is subject to a mandatory contract lock-in period of twenty-four (24) months starting from the Service Commencement Date (date of network activation).
Expiry of Bundle Benefits (24 Months): Both the ₱200 monthly plan discount and the TikTok seller benefits are valid for a maximum term of twenty-four (24) months. After 24 months, the account will automatically transition to the standard Microbiz Max 2099 service rate without the discount or bundled TikTok privileges, unless renewed under a new promotional contract.
Pre-Termination Penalty: If the Subscriber terminates the account prior to the expiration of the 24-month contract period, or if Converge SME disconnects the service due to Subscriber breach, the Subscriber shall be liable for pre-termination fees as stipulated in the standard Converge SME Connectivity T&Cs (typically equivalent to the full monthly service fee multiplied by the remaining months of the lock-in period, plus hardware recovery fees).
Post-Lock-in Renewal: Upon completion of the 24-month lock-in period, the connectivity service shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the prevailing standard plan rate (₱2,099/month) unless explicitly terminated in writing by either party.
The SellerPlus Bundle is governed by and incorporates by reference the existing Converge SME Master Service Agreement and Connectivity Terms and Conditions. Key general provisions include:
