Welcome!

Welcome to the Counselor's Corner!  I was born and raised here in New Hampshire.  My husband and I moved to Florida in 2007 but returned to New Hampshire in 2021 after our son was born.  I have been an elementary school counselor since 2011 and have worked in both urban and rural settings with a diverse group of learners in both large and small schools.  

I have a Bachelors Degree in Developmental Psychology from Keene State College and a Masters Degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in school counseling from the University of South Florida.  I also have a graduate certificate in play therapy.  The strategies used in play therapy help children express themselves when they do not have the verbal language to express their thoughts and feelings.
