We couldn't do yearbook without the generous support businesses give when purchasing ads. The funds we get from selling ads to both parents and businesses helps us cover the rest of the cost of the books.
Business ads are a great investment because of how many people will see the ad. Even though not every student will buy a book, almost all 750 students (and their parents) will at least look through it and see your ad. Plus the ad will be there forever, you don't throw away a yearbook like you do a newspaper. So in 10 years people will still be seeing your ad - now that's a long-term investment. Lastly, the ads will be seen by locals, not by people who live too far away to come to your business.
If you decide you do not want to buy an ad, then maybe you'd rather buy a book for a student that cannot afford to buy their own. Contact our email, convalhighschoolyearbook@gmail.com, for more information!
