A Few Fun Facts

My name is Ms. Lawler. This is my 15th year teaching at AES and I am so excited to be rejoining the Kindergarten team this year after teaching 2nd grade for the past 11 years. I have always loved working with young children and taught swim lessons in Dublin to 3-6 year olds for 15 years. When I was in school, my favorite thing to do was to write stories and to listen to my teachers read wonderful books that took us to faraway places. When I'm not in school you can find me playing with my black lab, Luna, my daughter Wren and spending as much time as possible outside exploring in nature.

A Few Fun Facts

My favorite animal is an owl.

I played lacrosse in college.

Both of my parents were also teachers.

My favorite unhealthy foods are french fries and chocolate.

Just like Miss Lescarbeau, I also studied abroad in Ireland!

The ocean is my favorite place to visit.

My favorite color is blue.

If I wasn't a teacher, I would love to be a librarian or work in a book store.
