Dance Camp (Available Weeks 1-8)

Step into a world of grace and elegance at Dance Camp, running from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM for dancers ages 6 to 13. With a strong ballet influence, this camp is ideal for beginners and for dancers toning their ballet skills or trying dance for the first time. Dancers build technique, confidence, and musicality in a structured, encouraging environment.

Fairy Princess Camp (Available Weeks 1-8)

Fairy Princess Ballet Camps are designed for dancers ages 4 to 7 and feature two daily sessions: a morning session from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and an afternoon session from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. Inspired by beloved themes such as Barbie, Wicked, Rapunzel, Frozen, and The Little Mermaid, dancers explore ballet through imaginative movement, music, and storytelling in a joyful, structured environment.

Curriculum Intensive (Weeks 5-8)

Curriculum Intensives (11 AM–6 PM)

These required intensives are included in tuition and are exclusively available to our enrolled curriculum students (Levels 3, 4, 5, 6) and open to advanced new students (video audition required).

Each intensive combines ballet technique with The Nutcracker repertoire, offering dancers the joy of preparing and bringing this beloved holiday classic to life.

Also Offering Before/After Care & Lunch

Do you need to drop your child off a little bit early or leave them a little bit longer?

Enroll your child in our Before/After Care program to ensure a seamless experience. Our caring staff will provide supervision, engaging activities, and a safe environment.

Before Care: (Add-On)

Before care is available from 8:00–9:00 AM for $5 per child, per day. Please adjust the quantity in the Stripe link to reflect the number of days needed and specify the dates in the notes section at checkout.

After Care (Add-On)

After care is available from 4:00–5:00 PM for $5 per child, per day. Please adjust the quantity in the Stripe link to reflect the number of days needed and specify the dates in the notes section at checkout.

Lunch Option (Add-On)

Lunch is available for $10 per child, per day. Please adjust the quantity in the Stripe link to reflect the number of days needed and specify the dates in the notes section at checkout.

Where are the camps located?

All camps take place at the Conservatory Ballet School, 9911 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, VA 22066

Who are the different camps designed for?

We offer camps tailored to various ages and experience levels:

Fairy Princess Camps: Designed for children ages 4 to 7
Dance Camps: Designed for children ages 6 to 13
Curriculum Intensives: Required for our enrolled students (Levels 3, 4, 5, 6) and open to advanced new students ( video audition required)

What should my child bring to camp?

Please ensure your child brings the following items each day:

Dance clothes
Change of clothes
Snacks (for half-day campers)
Snack and lunch (for full-day campers)
Emergency Release Form (paper form)
Authorized Pick-Up Form (paper form)

Who will be teaching the camps?

Miss Kelley and Miss Dean will be teaching the camp sessions. Additional teachers will be announced soon!

What should my child wear to camp?

For all camps, children should wear:

Ballet uniforms
Ballet slippers
Hair should be neatly secured in a ballet bun
