Lucille J. Bradley Elementary opened in 2017 and serves approximately 970 students in Pre-K through 4th grade. Our principal is Dr. Christine Butler.
Bradley Elementary is located in the Falls at Imperial Oaks neighborhood near the Grand Parkway and Birnham Woods Dr., and we are part of the Grand Oaks feeder zone. Our Bradley Bears move on to Clark or Cox Intermediate, York Junior High, and eventually, Grand Oaks High School. Go Grizzlies!
A message from our Bradley Bears:
We are HRS Level 1 Certified for our Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative School Culture.
We are currently working on our HRS Level 2 certification for Effective Teaching in Every Classroom.
We are anticipated to be a TIA (Teacher Incentive Allotment) campus in the 2025-2026 school year for Fourth Grade and Life Skills.
The Educational Results Partnership (ERP) organization recently recognized Bradley Elementary as one of only 10 Conroe ISD schools on their 2024 Texas Honor Roll list.
The ERP Honor Roll recognizes campuses outperforming their peers in closing achievement gaps.
At Bradley Elementary, students are supported through a nurturing and inclusive environment that prioritizes both academic success and emotional well-being. Teachers and staff work closely with families to provide personalized instruction, social-emotional learning, and access to resources like counseling, tutoring, and enrichment programs. The school fosters a strong sense of community where every student is encouraged to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Our teachers, administrators, and support staff truly make our school a great place to work. We're a resilient school family that works hard, supports each other, and tackles challenges together. We love what we do, and we're looking for talented teachers to join us and help make the 2025-2026 the best school year yet!
Our amazing Bradley students are the reason we do what we do. Our Bradley community is supportive and diverse. At Bradley, we have an active PTO and Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students). Events such as family fun nights, grade level programs, movies on the lawn, Trunk or Treat, spirit nights, and academic nights involve our Bradley families in learning and fellowship. We are a Title 1 campus. Here is a snapshot of our current student population:
