crutches at school/elevator passes

Students who require the temporary use of crutches or a wheelchair at school must have an order from their physician specifying their use, as well as the time period they will be needed.  Once that order is brought to the clinic, we are able to issue the student an elevator/5-minute leave early pass.   We are not able to provide wheelchairs for students who need them, or store them in the clinic.
