Protein - lean meat, fish, eggs, beans, low-fat dairy products, soy, nuts, whole grains
Carbohydrates - quinoa, brown rice, whole grain pasta & bread, oatmeal, barley, beans, fiber-rich vegetables and fruits
“Good” Fats - nuts, seeds, fish, and vegetable oils (SLOW)
Vitamins - fruits and vegetables (the more colorful, the better!), lean proteins like egg, chicken breast, greek yogurt, lean beef
Minerals - Red meat, salmon & shellfish, milk and other dairy products, nuts and seeds, beans, whole grains, dark leafy greens
