The levels of behavior chart is a campus wide tool that teachers and staff can use as a guideline when responding to behaviors.
Level 1:
Correct misbehavior in the setting at the time of the incident.
Administrator assistance not required
Repeated level 1 behaviors documented in daily communication with parents.
Level 2:
Staff member documents the misbehavior
Immediate administrator support is not needed. Student remains in setting.
Parent contact via email, phone, or conference and documented in View It.
Level 3:
Staff member calls for immediate administrative support.
Student is removed from the setting.
A referral is documented in View It.
