Doors close at 8:00am sharp! Be on time!
If you need to borrow a testing device from the test center, please arrive NO LATER than 7:45 and proceed to your assigned testing room. You will ask to borrow a device from your proctor.
Devices are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the supply is depleted, students will be sent home, per College Board's instructions.
Test-takers MUST know their email address and password in order to log in to Bluebook and take the exam. Do NOT rely on saved passwords/information in case you end up needing to use a test-center device.
If test-taker cannot log in, they will be dismissed from the testing center and will need to reschedule their exam through College Board.
When registering for the exam, be sure to upload a current selfie/photo to your account. The photo should be equivalent to a passport photo (no hats, hoods, sunglasses, masks, etc.).
This photo will be used to verify your identity along with the physical ID that you bring with you. Please note that the selfie/photo on your account CANNOT be a photo of your ID.
What to bring
The staff is NOT required to hold your seat or wait to begin testing if you didn't bring acceptable identification and need to go home and return with ID.
ID documents must meet all of these requirements:
Be a valid (unexpired) photo ID that is government-issued or issued by the school that you currently attend. School IDs from the prior school year are valid through the end of December of the current calendar year. (For example, school IDs from 2024-25 can be used through December 31, 2025.) The ID must be a physical ID.
Be an original, physical document (not photocopied or electronic. Digital IDs will NOT be accepted).
Bear your full, legal name exactly as it appears on your admission ticket.
Bear a recent recognizable photograph that clearly matches both your appearance on test day and the photo you provided when you registered.
Be in good condition, with clearly legible English language text and a clearly visible photograph.

You can run Bluebook on a Windows device or borrow a Conroe ISD Chromebook.
Attention Mac and Non-Conroe ISD students: Apple devices and Chromebooks from other districts struggle to maintain connection to our Wi-Fi and often encounter difficulty. For a stress-free experience, we recommend a windows device or borrowing a Conroe ISD Chromebook
Attention Windows Users: We strongly recommend upgrading to Windows 11 before Microsoft ends support of Windows 10 in October.
You cannot run Bluebook on a personal Chromebook or mobile phone.
In addition, your device must:
Connect to the Wi-Fi network your school or test center uses for Bluebook testing.
Hold a charge for 3–4 hours; we recommend you bring a portable charger or your device’s power cord, but you might not have access to an outlet.
Your device needs 1 GB of available space.
If you’re testing with a laptop, external keyboards are NOT permitted.
External mice are permitted.
Test-taker MUST know their email address and password in order to log in to Bluebook and take the exam. Do NOT rely on saved passwords/information in case you end up needing to use a test-center device.

An acceptable calculator for use on the Math section of the test (there will be an embedded graphing calculator available to use within Bluebook).
We encourage you to use the calculator that is most familiar to you on test day. You may use your own approved handheld calculator or take advantage of the Desmos calculator embedded in Bluebook. Students can toggle between scientific and graphing options at any point in the Math section.
If you choose to bring your own calculator to use throughout the Math section, there's more to it than making sure you have a fresh set of batteries. Here are some guidelines to follow:
Only non-CAS (computer algebra system) calculators are allowed. Check to make sure your calculator does not have CAS functionality. A quick way to tell if a calculator has CAS functionality is to check if it:
Has "CAS" in the model name.
Can symbolically manipulate algebraic expressions (like factoring and expanding).
Can solve equations and give exact symbolic answers, not just decimals.
Graphic, scientific, and 4-function calculators are allowed, subject to the restrictions below.
Calculators are not required, but bringing a familiar, approved model is recommended.
You are responsible for bringing a working, approved calculator.
