How to Use: 

Step 1- Using an HDMI cable, plug into the laptop and connect to the HDMI wall plug. ***Note the label on the wall plug.

Step 2- In the back of the room, there is a touch panel that controls the technology in that ballroom. Select "Room Mode" at the bottom of the touch screen. Select the ballroom(s) that you are using. For example, if you are using Ballroom 216 and 217, then select the option that has "215, 216+217". If you are only using Ballroom 216, then select "All Separate 215,216,217 " 

Step 3- From the touch panel, select "Display Controls" and turn on the output devices you want to use (Projector and/or TVs). Press the "Close" button at the top right. 

Step 4- Select the "input" (ex. Rm215 WP1 is Ballroom 215 Wall plate 1) that your device is plugged into and then select the output display(s) you want to use. 

*Nothing Appears on the Output devices: From the input options, select "Blank/VideoMute AND the display your were trying to connect to. This will reset the input device. Now, select the input again (ex.-Rm215WP1) and select your display again.
