Our approach is more business oriented, focused on the advancement of an artist (we are not an A&R department and therefore do not make decisions based on image or creativity)

From the assessment comes a customised “Action Plan” based on your business needs and the assignment of a Virtual Manager who oversees the implementation of the action plan using best practice industry standards.

Your “Virtual Manager” works along with you once “the assessment” has been completed and “the action plan” developed. The Virtual Manager will work on all aspects of your career on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Focused on results referenced by monthly stats.
