Hayley Dupuy is the Principal of Connect Community Charter School and a founding board member who has been deeply committed to the school’s vision since its beginning. She brings more than 20 years of classroom experience, a teaching credential from San José State University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Cal State East Bay. Hayley believes every child deserves a safe, supportive learning environment that also challenges them to reach their highest potential.
At Connect, Hayley works hand-in-hand with teachers, families, and community partners to create hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and growth. Her leadership centers on equity and access, ensuring that all students—especially English learners and those facing barriers—are given the tools to succeed. With her experience as both an educator and leader in elementary and middle school settings, Hayley continues to guide Connect in building a culture rooted in care, collaboration, and academic excellence.

Yesenia Santoyo joined Connect Community Charter School in August 2019 in the position of Office Assistant. Yesenia worked for a nonprofit community school in San José, California in various positions including Teacher Assistant, Office Support, Registrar, Office Manager, and Operations Associate for the last 17 years. In Yesenia’s time with nonprofit schools, she has had the opportunity to develop skills and experience to support our students, families, and community.
Enthusiasm, hard work, and personalized customer service go into everything. Yesenia strongly believes that each and every child is entitled to both individual and specific attention. Outside of school activities and work, Yesenia takes pleasure in going to the beach, hiking, dancing, and enjoys being with family, especially with her son whom she loves to take on every life adventure.
