The Transformation Fellowship is an Advanced Advanced Programme in Management and Entrepreneurship at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with no cost involved to the selected fellows. 

It is a one-of-a-kind program designed for the transgender community in India to help build in-demand competencies and skills that will enable the community to readily tap into and secure emerging employment opportunities in the corporate, non-profit and allied sector.

The program is supported by Pernod Ricard India Foundation in partnership with Collective Good Foundation and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai with Connecting Dreams Foundation is an ecosystem partner. 

• The course will offer you a hands-on learning and capacity building environment by Centre for Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai through:
  - Immersive Classroom Learning/Training - Problem Solving, Case Studies, Lectures, Reflective and Participative Discussions
  - Guided Fieldwork and Reflective Sessions with Practitioners

• Mentorship from TISS Incubation Centre will help you define and determine your future plans through structured conversations via:
  - Exposure Visits
  - Lecture Series by Eminent Industry Experts

Criteria:-

•  Trans persons between 18 to 35 years of age

•  Proficiency in English language

•  Qualified Intermediate exams with more than 75% aggregate

•  Graduates

•  Working professionals who fulfil the above criteria can also apply
