2026 State Convention Registration

2026 MD23 State Convention Registration It's that time in our Lions year to begin the registration for the 2026 MD State Convention which will be held at New Life Church in Wallingford on Saturday, May 30th . We will be doing individual registration for the convention this year along with online payment. Please read the directions below and if you have any questions, please contact convention@connecticutlions.org. What you need to know: Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 Where: New Life Church 350 High Hill Road, Wallingford, CT 06492 Time: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm Everyone attending this convention must complete this online registration form. Delegates are not automatically registered. You must also complete this online registration form. Registration Required for Each Attendee. $15 fee Lunch Orders Deadline is May 24, 2026 - Lunch is $20.00 per person Included with your sub of choice you will get a bag of chips, a cookie and a bottle of water Registration Instructions: Complete your registration information add any additional attendees (up to total of five) complete meal information, payment information and then hit "submit". Payment Instructions: After you hit submit, you'll receive an email with a link taking you to the PayPal site for payment. You can pay by: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card or Venmo. To pay by check, see below. Please Note: When you receive your confirmation with the link to pay, all the information you entered in registration and meals will be in that confirmation message along with the link to pay. You do not need a PayPal account to process payment. Keep this confirmation so you can refer to it as needed. If you want to pay by check, complete this form and click the submit button. Do not click the online pay link unless you intend to pay online.
