Real estate has never just been a career for me — it’s been a calling rooted in family, community, and hard work.

I’m Kristen N. Conley, a lifelong Lowcountry native who understands the value of land, legacy, and relationships. For more than 20 years, I’ve served this community as a full-time, hands-on real estate professional.

Conley + Co was started intentionally — to create space to serve clients at a higher level while maintaining balance and clarity. 

Supporting me is Terrie Lynn Glenn, whose 20+ years as a paralegal mirror where my own real estate career began—as a real estate paralegal. That shared foundation gives our team an added level of precision, contract expertise, and steady, clear communication throughout every transaction. Like me, Terrie values family, integrity, and life here in the Lowcountry—and she especially cherishes her role as a proud Nana.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, a proud mom of three boys, and someone who believes in being present — whether that’s spending time at our home on Lake Moultrie or at my boy's football or baseball games. I don’t separate business from who I am. The same loyalty, work ethic, and care I give my family is the same standard I bring to my clients.

Real estate is more than a transaction. It’s a transition. And it deserves to be handled with intention.
