The below video may be useful for parents for setting up google classroom summaries and understanding what they involve
You will only have been added to google classroom if you have had your email added to VSware when you joined Confey. If you wish to now have a contact email added please ring the office so you can be verified as the parent.
The most common problems with books are due to not allowing the app to update.
Make sure you have internet access on the device
Log out of the app
Log back into the app (with internet toggled on if using edco learning)

Use the "To do" list in google classroom or the "google calendar" app to keep track of your work
Currently while Mrs Matthews is working from home she has access to the original emails and passwords of students for ebooks. Contact her at mmatthews@confeycollege.scoilnet.ie
However if the password has been changed then the below still applies:
Your email address and gmail password are supplied by the school. Please see Ms Keely about a forgotten google password
Your username and password for your ebook apps are maintained by Wriggle and are not retained in the school. Please check if you photographed the information at the start of the year. If not, or if you changed your password yourself, you will need to contact wriggle here
You can approach this in multiple ways
Videos will be added to the "other how to" section
The first step is to view your settings and see what is actually taking up the space.
You may be able to move photos to your google drive or remove pictures not needed anymore for example
You may be able to remove old books from your ipad apps
If unsure contact Mrs Matthews BEFORE attempting something you are not confident with
Please note: You can delete apps to create storage space. Please be VERY cautious doing this. Only remove an app if you are confident you do not need it for any class ever again as you cannot reinstall it
If you have purchased a new book from wriggle you should:
Check that the device has internet access
Log out of the relevant app
Log back into the relevant app
If the book does not appear, check that it has been 5 working days since the purchase.
If it has not, then please try again later
If it is 5 working days or more since you purchased the book please contact wriggle here

Please note the app has to be approved as school appropriate
If you purchased insurance through the school please speak to a parent or guardian first as there is an excess of €50 on the claim
The office will then organise for the repair if applicable. It will be sent out to a company in Lucan for repair and turn around is generally fairly quick.
