Transportation:

We ask that you park in the east parking lot and walk with your child to the front doors. We will be standing inside or outside of the main doors. You can walk or direct your student over to us. Once your child is with us, we will bring your child inside to wait with our para educators alongside their friends. This will help create a safe environment and allow for consistency with drop off.

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures:

Drop off: Please walk with your child to the front and where we will greet you and your child.  We will wait inside in the lobby until a majority of the class arrives.  For safety purposes, parents are not allowed inside the building.

Pick Up: We will wait with the class in the front lobby area and dismiss the students to you one at a time.  Just come up to the front entrance and we will release your student to you! 

Daycare Students: We will drop off and pick up students with the help of the daycare staff.

Bus riders will be picked up and dropped of by a preschool staff member. 

Communication:

Check your child's backpack daily!  A newsletter will be sent out at least once a month to inform you of the preschool activities and events.  To support students in school routines and preparation for Kindergarten, we will utilize a folder in your child's backpack to pass back and forth important information.

Preferred Items:

• large backpack

• a labeled change of clothes (1 spring and 1 winter)

• diapers and wipes if needed

• appropriate clothing/gear for the weather 

We will go outside daily unless the temperature is below 25 degrees Fahrenheit (windchill is considered)
