Conestoga Public Schools utilizes the Nebraska Proficiency Teaching Standards to ensure highly qualified teachers are in every classroom. Teachers are evaluated utilizing the Marzano Focused Teacher Model of Instruction to ensure we are reaching proficiency standards.
