It is stated in our transportation agreement (see the home page) that you should "wait at the at the school bus stop FIVE minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time". Please be informed that if you are late, the bus monitor will not call or remind you and the bus will leave without you.
No, food and drinks are not allowed on buses to keep the environment clean and prevent messes. Spills and crumbs can attract insects and pests. You can only drink PLAIN WATER, however be cautious since buses will sometimes make sudden stops, which could cause a danger.
If you think you left something on the school bus, don't worry! Bus monitors always check the bus after dropping off students. If they find anything, they'll turn it in to me.
Here's how to get your lost item back:
Check the lost & found corner under the staircase in building A.
Email: transportation@concordiahanoi.org
In Person: visit the reception desk in Building A and ask to see me (or go straight to my table if you know where it is.) (and you may want to check the photos in your phone after you get it back from me 😁)
Pro Tip: Labeling your belongings (phone, headphones, wallet, etc.)
When you want to change your drop off point (for extra classes/ visiting your friend.....), please send an email 24 hours in advance to transportation@concordiahanoi.org (please cc your parents in the email). I will then inform you about which bus you should take and where it can drop you off.
Students should leave Campus after the dismissal time. You may only remain at school with teacher/staff supervision (after school activities, sport practices, watch home games..... please refer to MS/HS After-School Activities & Student-Led Clubs and Athletics websites for more details).
If you have an appointment with a teacher/ need a teacher's consultation....and therefore need to stay after school on a particular day, please send a request 24 hour in advance to transportation@concordiahanoi.org (please cc your parents and teacher in the email)
