Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CIRCH conference will run in a hybrid format. The participants will present their work remotely (online) and the participants of each school are encouraged to gather together as a group to participate in the discussion.
To avoid technical issues during the conference, we are requiring participants to pre-record their presentations. Their presentation will be shown during the conference followed by a question/answers short session.
Participants can submit videos here by simply uploading it to Google Drive. In that way, when connection fails, the conference can still continue by playing videos that have already been downloaded.
Each participant will get a maximum of 15 minutes of presentation followed by discussion time. The pre-recorded presentation should not exceed 15 minutes at most.
All participants’ videos should be uploaded by March 28th.
The presenter must wear proper business attire or school uniform.
The recorded presentation should not exceed 15 minutes at most.
The video filename has the following format: “Title of the presentation”.
ex) Behavioral Study of Obedience, John Brown, March 18th, 1998
The presenter’s face should be clearly seen in the recorded presentation at least in the beginning and last part of the presentation.
The presenter’s voice should be clearly audible without any distracting noises in the background.
There should not be any distracting objects or animations in the recorded presentation.
Data and statistics should be clearly shown in the recorded presentation.
