TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Submit Your Transcript Requests
CCA students have the potential to earn two types of transcripts.
1. A HIGH SCHOOL Transcript from CCA
2. A COLLEGE Transcript from NHTI (or participating DualEnrollment Program)
If a student plans to continue with higher education, the College Admissions Department will often require an applicant to submit several transcripts, such as the end of Junior year, mid-term Senior year, and a Final Transcript (sent approximately 2-3 weeks after graduation, once grades are posted.) You must request a transcript from the issuing school. CCA is unable to provide a college transcript.

College Transcript Request
Students who participate in CCA’s dual credit program and successfully complete college level courses will receive an official transcript from NHTI or other issuing schools. Here are several options to request a transcript.

Please follow these steps: Student > Student Records > LRCC/NHTI - Transcript request > Order Transcript. (Your student ID# is listed on Canvas / Student Resources.)

High School Transcript Request (Current Student)
Students enrolled at CCA will receive a high school transcript from CCA at the end of their Junior and Senior year. Upon request, a transcript may be obtained at any time throughout the year by submitting a Transcript Request free of charge HERE. High School Transcript Request (Alumni Only)
