Character Guide

The actor playing Violet is Xristina Travias. Violet is the hardworking, no-nonsense head supervisor at Consolidated, as well as a widowed mother of a teenage son. Despite her efforts, she's constantly being passed up for promotion due to workplace sexism, even though she already runs the office from her desk while her boss takes the credit. 

The actor playing Doralee is Nicole O'Reilly. Doralee is a sassy, glamorous, and confident Texas country girl with a big heart.  While warm, sweet, and charming, she is also a force to be reckoned with. She is quick-witted and unafraid to speak her truth as she deals with being stereotyped in the office because her looks.

The actor playing Judy is Ari Hupe. After being abandoned by her husband, Judy Bernly enters the workforce. She is  initially overwhelmed but ultimately she finds empowerment through friendship and professional success.

The actor playing Hart is Charles Mastromarino. Franklin Hart is a chauvinist executive at Consolidated Industries. A smarmy, pompous man, he frequently disrespects the women working at the firm. Though he is married, he flirts with Doralee. One could describe him as a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.

The actor playing the Roz is Maya Soto. Roz is an uptight secretary at Consolidated. She is a stickler for the rules and will make sure that all rule-breakers are punished. That being said, she does have a soft spot for Mr. Hart.

The actor playing Joe is  Alex Mastromarino. Joe is a young Jr accountant who tries to help everyone around the office. He’s fallen in love with the office veteran, Violet, but is unsure if his feelings are reciprocated. Throughout the show, he assists Violet and her friends

The actor playing Dwayne is Luke Gettings. Dwayne is Doralee's supportive husband from Texas. He wants Doralee to succeed in her career and fit in with her co-workers, and he encourages her to be confident and stay true to herself. Dwayne works in construction at a separate company from where the rest of the cast works.

The actor playing Josh is Emmitt Burke.   Josh is Violet's awkward teenage son who does his best to annoy his mom and get her to start dating again.
