Synopsis: Picasso at the Lapin Agile is a humorous play set in 1904 at a Parisian bar, the Lapin Agile, where Pablo Picasso and Albert Einstein meet on the cusp of their groundbreaking achievements. Surrounded by quirky patrons and bar staff, the two geniuses engage in a witty debate about art and science while contemplating their next major works—Picasso's impending "Les Demoiselles D'Avignon" and Einstein's theory of relativity. A mysterious time traveler also appears, adding another layer to the philosophical discussion of inspiration, creativity, and the nature of genius.

The actor playing Freddy is Lucien Ratiner-Schultz. He is the bartender and owner of the Lapin Agile and has a love for money that rivals Mr. Krabs but his love and affinity for the artists that frequent his bar outweighs it 2 or 3 fold. Warm to newcomers, and a little sarcastic toward regulars, Freddy can seem somewhat average but then surprises you by saying something profound.
The actor playing Germaine is Nicole O'Reilly. Germaine is a waitress and co-owner, of the Lapin Agile alongside her boyfriend Freddy. She is smart and thoughtful, with forward-thinking ideas on the future. She is simultaneously wily and charming, helping her utilize her intellect to get away with her own secrets.
The actor playing Einstein is Maya Soto. Einstein, 23 years old, is a young passionate genius on the verge of publishing his special theory of relativity. He strongly believes that art and science are two sides of the same coin and tries to prove this to Picasso.
The actor playing Picasso is Charles Mastromarino. Picasso is a brilliant artist & a notorious womanizer. He is extremely passionate about his craft, making him highly mercurial and prone to creative outbursts. He is obsessed with his own artistic genius and highly dismissive of his “unenlightened” contemporaries. Aware that he is on the verge of painting his masterpiece, he is consumed by optimism for his future and anticipation for the 20th century. He is a frequent customer at the Lapin Agile.
The actor playing Gaston is Matthew Crowell. GASTON is the Lapin Agile's oldest and most loyal patron. A loveable curmudgeon who is only newly old, he has the mouth of a sailor, the heart of a poet, and the bladder of a hummingbird. Now in the phase of his life where other's opinion's of him matter little, Gaston can be counted on to say exactly what is on his mind, even if he himself is not sure how it got there.
The actor playing Suzanne is Sophia Chopas. Suzanne is an attractive nineteen year old girl who has street smarts and has broken a few hearts. She holds a great interest for Picasso and seeks to find him at the Lapin Agile.
The actor playing Sagot is Cricket MacDonald. Sagot is an art dealer and a regular at the Lapin Agile. He is middle-aged and energetic, able to go on talking for hours even if no one is listening. Sagot uses his knowledge of art and people to convince anyone to buy or sell whatever will make him the most money.
The actor playing Countess is Sage Babcock. An extremely intelligent and attractive woman, with whom Einstein is infatuated. She thinks like he does, being the one person to really understand him. She is incredibly rich and doesn't hide that part of herself.
The actor playing is Luke Gettings. Charles Dabernow Schmendiman is a fast-talking, attention-seeking, overconfident inventor who overestimates his "genius." He believes he will be "one of the greats," Nobody likes Schmendiman except Schmendiman, but he doesn't know that.
The actor playing A Visitor is Maya Katz. A polite and talented country-boy time-traveler, who adds another point of view to Einstein's and Picasso's debate. He is a blue-suede-shoed musician from a later era.
The actor playing Countess is Aster Bosson. Rose has loved Schmenidmin for years and has never found the courage to tell him until now. It's so important that she catches him to express her love before she can once again convince herself not to.
