About: Mr. Jackowiak has taught for 32 years and specifically at CHS for 26 years. He has been teaching in the WBL Program for 20+ years.
Mr. Jackowiak has spent numerous years coaching Baseball and Softball at CHS. He served as the Head Baseball Coach from 2005-2011?? Working with the WBL Program has been his main concentration and passion. One of the most enjoyable parts of Teaching is watching the growth students make in acquiring Career Based Skills and seeing their confidence level in themselves skyrocket!
Mr. Jackowiak is married to Sara, a Principal at North Side Middle School in Elkhart. They have 2 children, Madeline and Ryan, both former CHS and WBL students and Ball State University Graduates!

About: Mr. Vaughan has taught at CHS for 18 years. During that time he taught Business Education before moving to Work Based Learning 10 years ago. He has been an assistant football coach for 28 years. He also directs the Spring Musical. Before he began a career in teaching Mr. Vaughan worked in advertising and marketing. His passion for business and building relationships are a perfect match for a WBL coordinator. On what he loves about Work Based Learning he mentions seeing student growth in soft and hard skills and the ability to see students experience career based internships. Mr. Vaughan is married to Stephanie a kindergarten teacher at East Side.
