The mission of Concord Intermediate School’s School Counseling Program is to develop academic, career, and social/emotional growth for all students across race, ethnicity, gender and socioeconomic status. The methods used ensure equitable access to data-driven interventions that empower students to reach their full potential.  It is proactive in nature to aid students in acquiring skills that are necessary for developing strong character and attaining long-term success as leaders in their community.

Our program is designed to maximize the developmental needs of all students by intentionally teaching skills in academic, career and personal/social areas.


There are four major program components:
