Lilly Scholarship - Class of 2026
The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship is awarded to three first generation students in Elkhart County. Each Elkhart County High School can nominate one student. All online applicants from Concord HS will be evaluated by a selection committee to determine the Concord nominee. That nominee is then interviewed by community members to determine the final Lilly winners. This Lilly scholarship is a full tuition award to any college/university in the state of Indiana and is renewable for 4 years. If a student wins the nomination but not awarded the Lilly, they will receive the Guy David Gundlach award of $5000.00/year for up to 4 years. Lilly Scholarship

21st Century Scholars Open to pre-qualified candidates
Students that qualified for the 21st Century Scholars program in the 8th grade must complete their Scholar Track activities, keep their GPA at a 2.5 or higher, and graduate with a Core 40 or higher diploma. This award can be used for any public or private college/university in the state of Indiana.

College Board Opportunity Scholarship
This scholarship program is open to all students and it doesn't require an essay, application, or minimum GPA. Instead it rewards your effort and initiative. Complete key steps along your path to college for a chance to earn scholarships
Thomas E. Goodwin Memorial Scholarship
Students going into Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice with a 3.0 or higher GPA.

Cpl. Aaron L Seal Memorial Scholarship
Students graduating from Elkhart County High School with a GPA of 3.0 or higher are invited to write an essay titled " How I would make America a better place". Essay will be evaluated on patriotism, passion, feasibility, execution and articulation

Elkhart Luncheon Optimist Club
Scholarship of $1000.00 awarded to 2 Elkhart County students with GPA of 3.0 or higher, SAT score of 800 or above. A 200 word or less essay required.

Indiana Senior Scholarship Program and Student-View Scholarship Program - Survey
Student Insights will award the following prizes: (Select your state below to apply)
One (1) individual prize of a $5000 scholarship.
Two (2) individual prize of a $1,000 scholarship.
Ten (10) individual prizes, consisting of $500 scholarships each

Peggy Eskridge and Alma Green-Fulton Scholarships
The South Bend Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. is sponsoring two scholarships; the Peggy Eskridge Scholarship and the Alma Green-Fulton Scholarship which are open to any African American female graduating from high school.

The Laura A. Kindig Scholarship is a 4 year scholarship available to students planning to into a nursing or medical field

Jean A. McCutchan Ph.D. Scholarship
Senior student graduating from Concord High School with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and plans to study Psychology. Student must have attended Concord their Junior and Senior Years and be a US Citizen or legal resident.

Concord Rotary Memorial Scholarship
Graduating Concord student accepted to a 2 or 4 year college or a technical/vocational school.

The Networks Scholarship - Indiana State - CLOSED
Are you planning on studying for a career in business and financial services at Indiana State? Then this scholarship is or you! MUST be accepted to ISU by 12/1!

BBB 2023 Students of Integrity Scholarship Program
Selected high school and college students will be awarded one of multiple scholarships to be used for tuition and educational expenses for the 2023-2024 academic year. Recipients of the one-time, $2,000 award will have distinguished themselves as role models of integrity and ethical behavior in their school and community. Only ONE candidate from Concord can be nominated so check out the scholarships below and let your counselor or Mrs. Warstler know if you are interested.
ALL students applying for a Students of Integrity scholarship MUST meet the minimum criteria below:
Be a resident of the U.S.
Resident in or attend a high school or college in one of BBB’s 23-county service area: Adams, Allen, Blackford, Cass, DeKalb, Elkhart, Fulton, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Lake, LaPorte, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Porter, St. Joseph, Steuben, Wabash, Wells or Whitley.
Please note: Selection criteria for each scholarship are different. Please review the below applications carefully to ensure your student nominee meets the selection criteria to apply. We are seeking nominees whose achievements may not be as well-known as those of her/his peers, but whose extraordinary story will genuinely inspire.

Niccum Educational Trust Foundation Scholarship
Students with high scholastic attainment, moral character, industry, and tenacity of academic purpose are encouraged to apply. Students must be US Citizens and show financial inability to pursue higher education without assistance.

Kiwanis Scholarship
Five $2000.00 scholarships given to Elkhart County students based on academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and financial need.

The Concord Dollars for Scholars Scholarship is open to any graduating Concord student. To earn this scholarship, the student must complete the application on time, sell at least 10 Raffle Tickets, and participate in the March Phone-a-Thon. Award amount is based on the money raised.

Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship!
Applications are Open for Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship
The Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship provides 200 high-achieving high school and college students interested in pursuing a career in education the opportunity to earn a renewable scholarship of up to $7,500 each year for four academic years.
The 2024-2025 application is available in ScholarTrack beginning October 15, 2023 until January 31, 2024.
The Community Foundation oversees numerous scholarship funds, which provide dozens of award opportunities each year. To save you on time and energy, we have developed one online, Common application that matches you directly with the scholarships for which you are eligible. The scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors and adults each spring.
The Universal Application opens on January 1, 2024, and the deadline is March 1, 2024.
Elkhart City Bar Association Scholarship Paper application available in Student Services
Any graduating senior planning to attend a college or university in the fall is encouraged to apply.

Purdue Alumni Club Foundation of Elkhart County
Any Elkhart County Student who will enter Purdue (all locations as long as it is a Purdue major) in the fall.

The Elkhart County INSPIRE Scholarship is open to any Elkhart County Senior with a GPA of 2.5 - 3.75. This scholarship awards $3000.00 a year for college costs and is renewable for 2-4 years. Similar to the Lilly Endowment, each Elkhart County High School can nominate 1 student for the 4 year award and 1 student for the 2 year award.

JUNIORS! Horatio Alger Scholarships
The Horatio Alger Association seeks to assist students who have demonstrated integrity, perserverance in overcoming adversity, strength of character, financial need, a good academic record, commitment to pursue a college education , and a desire to contribute to society.
The undergraduate application is now closed and will open for high school juniors on December 1, 2023.
Coolidge Scholarship Application open to Junior students only
The Coolidge Scholarship is an annually awarded, full-ride, presidential scholarship that covers a student’s tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study. The Coolidge may be used by recipients at any accredited college or university in the United States. Goshen Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship
Students intending to pursue an education in the health field with GPA of 3.2 are encouraged to apply for this 1 time award of $1000.00

The James C. Sansberry Scholarship was established to provide financial awards to cadets at VMI from the state of Indiana awarded on the basis of academic achievement, individual character and demonstrated leadership potential. As you may know, VMI is the oldest state-supported military college in the country and enrolls 1700 cadets, all of whom complete four years of ROTC training while pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Anita F. Boorda Scholarship for the Performing Arts
Students who are residents of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Kosciusko, Fulton, Pulaski, Stare or LaPorte counties in Indiana or Berrien and Cass Counties in Michigan. The award will provide up to $2,500 to high school seniors who plan to pursue a degree in Performing Arts, Music, Theatre, Dance or Production and is renewable up to four years.

Elkhart County Farm Bureau Scholarship Paper application will be available in Student Services
Any graduating student whose parents have been members of Elkhart County Farm Bureau for 3 years or more. Students should have 3.0 or higher GPA and be planning to attend college in the state of Indiana.
Application Due: March of 2024.
Three C's Memorial Scholarship
Any graduating senior that is active in the community, has a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and has completed 6 athletic seasons as an athlete, trainer, manager, or cheerleader is encouraged to apply.

Current seniors in high school who are the children, stepchildren, or grandchildren of ISTA (Indiana State Teachers Association) members are eligible for these scholarships.
Online application must be completed by March.
Application deadline is March 1 with the scholarship awarded in July.
Delta Theta Chi Sorority Scholarship
Any Senior can apply for a $1600 scholarship.

Phillip Preston Memorial Scholarship
The scholarship is open to graduating High School students from any of the following schools: Concord, Elkhart Memorial, Elkhart Central, Fairfield, Goshen, Jimtown, Northridge, NorthWood, Penn, Plymouth, Warsaw, Wawasee or Westview. The student MUST be a member of their high school basketball team (including player, student manager, student trainer, or statistician) during their senior year.
Application will need to be postmarked by April.
William Tufts Chapter DAR Scholarship
Must be a citizen of US and planning to attend a college/university in the state of Indiana. This is a one time $500.00 award.

Notre Dame Chapter of ASM International
Scholarship opportunity for students interested in pursuing a college degree in Materials Sciences.

Any Indiana Student with a 3.0 or higher GPA that has been accepted to a 2 or 4 year college in Indiana.

High School Seniors who plan to study Engineering, Public Works Administration, Public Relations, Finance or other programs within the public works field. Candidates must reside within Indiana. This is a renewable $1000.00 award.

Dr. Philip Sobash Scholarship for Future Medical Doctors
This scholarship is available for students who are currently enrolled in a University or High School, and have plans to attend medical school.

Indiana Kiwanis Foundation Scholarship
$1000.00 scholarship given to Elkhart County students based on academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and financial need.

Tri Kappa Scholarship
Scholarships will be awarded to the students that best fit the qualifications. Some may have more than one
recipient.
Ruth Marie Work: awarded to a senior girl with average grades, potential to do well at college, and needs
financial assistance.
Kristy Ann Sabo: awarded to a senior girl having an outstanding academic and activity record.
Sally Walker: awarded to a senior boy or girl exhibiting outstanding academic achievement and has been
active in school, church, and/or community activities.
Keefe: awarded to an outstanding senior boy or girl with financial needs a consideration.
Alpha Rho: awarded to an outstanding senior boy or girl exhibiting average to above average grades with
financial needs a consideration.

John and Dorothy Geyer Scholarship
The John and Dorothy Geyer Scholarship Fund provides funds for students of Elkhart County in need of financial assistance to obtain a post-secondary education.

Italian American Heritage Society of Michiana
Students do not need to be Italian American to apply. This Scholarship opportunity is for academically high achieving students who are involved in school and the community. This is a one time $2000.00 award
